Mextropic AI is an applied AI research lab powering “Execution General Intelligence” systems for some of India’s leading enterprises. We work with clients like Meesho, FitGrid — delivering production-ready AI solutions that drive real business impact.

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and own our visual content — from social media to product storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit high-quality video content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms

• Produce product demos and explainer videos that communicate complex AI solutions in a compelling, easy-to-understand format

• Handle end-to-end video production, from scripting and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery

• Design eye-catching thumbnails and supporting graphics

• Create motion graphics, animations, and kinetic typography that feel integrated into the scene — not just overlaid

• Composite holographic / 3D UI overlays — taking product screens and placing them into real environments (floating interfaces, surface tracking, spatial interactions)

• Execute mixed media transitions — seamlessly blending stock footage, diagrams, screen recordings, and real-camera footage

• Drive pacing through advanced sound design — using SFX (typing, swooshes, risers, ambient textures) intentionally, not just background music

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align content with brand voice and business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing and content production

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools in the Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of scripting, storyboarding, and visual storytelling

• Ability to shoot and handle camera work when needed

• Solid graphic design sensibility for thumbnails and social creatives

• Familiarity with short-form content formats and social media best practices

• Strong understanding of compositing, motion design, and sound-driven pacing

• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup

• Bonus: Experience creating content for B2B, tech, or SaaS companies
