Role Objective

Build high-impact AI-native visual and video content that drives attention, engagement, and performance - across socials and experiments.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and growth.

What You’ll Own

1. Static Visual Creation

• Convert written scripts into:
• Scroll-stopping visuals
• Campaign posters
• Experimental brand creatives
• Develop visual styles and repeatable prompt frameworks
• Rapid iteration for performance testing

2. AI Video Creation

• Use tools like:
• Kling
• Higgsfield
• HuggingFace workflows
• ElevenLabs (voice)
• Create:
• Short-form reels
• Explainer videos
• Narrative-driven ads
• Handle full pipeline: idea → script → generation → edit → publish-ready output

3. Editing & Post Production

• Proficient in:
• Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci
• Sound design basics
• Pacing & hook optimization
• Understand retention mechanics
• Cut for 3-second, 7-second, and 30-second attention windows

4. Experimental Projects

• Build AI content
• Test new tool stacks
• Reduce production cost per asset
• Create internal prompt libraries

Who This Role Is For

• 3-5 years in content creation/editing/creative production
• Extremely comfortable experimenting with AI tools
• Understands storytelling structure
• Moves fast
• Doesn’t need step-by-step instructions
• Slightly obsessed with internet culture

You should be able to:

• Take a paragraph and instantly see the visual
• Turn a concept into a moodboard in 30 minutes
• Deliver something publishable in hours, not days
