About Vianaar

Vianaar is a leading luxury real estate developer in Goa, building holiday homes that blend understated luxury with thoughtful design. For over 15 years, we’ve been creating spaces that celebrate detail, craft, and a sense of belonging. Beyond homes, we focus on experiences that make people feel truly taken care of—whether it’s through design, hospitality, or the small, meaningful touches that define our brand.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our marketing team onsite in Goa. The role will focus on crafting engaging video content that captures the essence of Vianaar’s lifestyle and properties, tailored for social media platforms. This is a creative opportunity to help shape how our brand is experienced online and bring our story to life visually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, reels, and stories.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through engaging edits.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Add graphics, text, motion elements, music, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional video editing and visual storytelling experience, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
  • Proficiency in lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, duration, style).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative teams.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of colour grading and audio sync.
  • Interest in experimenting with new formats, trends, and creative approaches.
