Job Title: Branch Recruiter (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $23 to $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with strong possibility of permanent hire

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Wallingford, CT on a temporary basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This position will support full-cycle recruiting efforts and play a key role in attracting, screening, and placing talent across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach

  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate documentation

  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process

  • Extend offers and assist with onboarding and compliance requirements

  • Maintain a high level of candidate and client communication

Qualifications

  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail

Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
