Warehouse Manager - Distribution / Logistics Full-time Division: CCH_CAN_Altrom_Auto_Group Reg/Temp: Regular Salary Grade: UAP - M1B Dept ID: CC_CAN_0216 Region: CCH_CAN_AAG_DC Compensation: CAD 82,600 - CAD 103,200 - yearly Within the Altrom distribution center located in Scarborough, ON, you will work closely with your management team. As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy. Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets. Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination. Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations. Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards. Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

To join our team, you need, among other things: 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management. Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills. Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
