Overview Warehouse Manager. Location: Calgary, Alberta. Job Type: Full-Time.

Reports To: Operations Manager. Team Size: 10 Employees. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our industrial parts warehouse.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing warehouse efficiency, safety, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and morale. Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.

Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet operational goals. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial parts or related sectors. Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Forklift certification and WHMIS training are assets.
