Job Title: Fashion Designer & Production Associate
Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm
Salary: 25-30k depending on experience

Bandhani / Siddhartha Daga is looking to expand the team with passionate, detail-driven professionals who live and breathe Indian couture.
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Mandatory prior experience with a couture / luxury fashion brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in design development, sketching, and collection planning
- Create mood boards, design details, and tech packs
- Coordinate fabric sourcing, sampling, and fittings
- Manage end-to-end production processes with karigars and vendors
- Monitor timelines, quality control, and finishing standards
- Support bulk production, inventory, and workflow management
- Ensure brand aesthetics, craftsmanship, and quality benchmarks are maintained
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery, and couture techniques
- Practical understanding of production cycles and atelier workflows
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
- Passionate about heritage craftsmanship and luxury fashion
