🚀 We’re Hiring | Workday Absence Management Consultant
Looking to work on enterprise-scale Workday implementations with one of the most respected consulting ecosystems? We’re hiring an experienced Workday Absence Management Consultant to join a high-impact transformation program for a Big 4 Organization.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Workday Absence Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and delivering Absence solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders and contribute to large-scale HR digital transformations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday Absence Management modules
- Participate in end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 required)
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Contribute beyond Absence where strengths and experience allow
🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Workday Absence Management
- Minimum 2 implementation projects in Absence
- Strong configuration and functional consulting expertise
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Day 1
🔹 Location & Work Model
📍 USI Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata
