Your Impact as a Workday Integration Consultant

• Serve as a hands-on expert in Workday core integration technologies , including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) .
• Gather integration requirements and design, build, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable Workday integrations.
• Deliver robust and efficient integration solutions that support HR and Financial business processes .
• Act as a technical reference point within the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior consultants in Workday integration tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with business and architectural standards.
• Apply structured delivery methodologies to implement high-quality integration solutions across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Stay current with Workday’s integration roadmap, releases, and enhancements , continuously deepening expertise in established integration frameworks.
• Contribute to successful project outcomes through strong technical execution and delivery excellence.
• Remain up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in HR and Finance system integrations, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) .
• Strong technical knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web service technologies .
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations in a consulting or project-based environment.
• Familiarity with HR and Financial systems integrations, ideally within Workday .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and functional teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience mentoring or training others in Workday integration is an advantage.
