POSITION SUMMARY Provide direct patient care in the areas of respiratory care, cardiac care, neurology/sleep for all patients from neonate to geriatric.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS → Administers medicines and treatments and/or related procedures according to physician orders. → Sets up and maintains ventilators and oxygen support systems. → Performs cardiac testing, including Holter monitoring and stress testing. → Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION → Graduation from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Therapy required. EXPERIENCE → Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. CREDENTIALS → Must be accredited by the NBRC as an RRT. → Must hold a current, valid Wyoming License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, and be in good standing with the Board for Respiratory Care. → Must have current BLS certification within 60 days of hire and maintain throughout employment. → Must have current ACLS certification or acquire certification within 6 months of hire.
Must maintain certification throughout employment.
