1. Entry in TMS software
2. TDS & GST working
3. TDS & GST Return Filing
4. TDS, GST, Reconciliation
5. Vendor and Group Company Reconciliation
6. Payment Coordination
7. Audit Coordination
8. Control files Maintenance

Principal Accountability

1. Collected Document Daily entry in Software
2. Weekly Status Updation (Summary of Collected to be collected documents)
3. TDS Working & Payment
4. GST Working & Payment
5. Timely TDS & GST Return Filing
6. Entries in Tally
7. Daily Payment coordination
8. GST Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit Coordination
9. Vendor and Group Company reconciliation and Balance Sign off
10. Control File maintenance for Other states other than TN.

Essential Requirements for Fitment(key attributes)

1. Knowledge of Accounting concepts
2. Basic Knowledge in – TDS, GST
3. Well versed skill in MS office,
4. Software – Tally ERP9
5. Preferred language – Tamil and English
