Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Vadodara, India

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reports to: CFO

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments).

Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and journal entries.

Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Assist in monthly closing, financial statements, and MIS reporting.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and contracts.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong internship experience may be considered).

Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Budget: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
