Account Executive

Xera Robotics is a fast-growing deep-tech startup focused on building cutting-edge robotics solutions across marine, agriculture, and autonomous systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support our finance and operations team.

• Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Maintain accurate financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping
• Record all financial transactions in Zoho Books
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups
• Financial Management
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain and track stock records for inventory
• Monitor inward/outward material movement
• Reconcile stock data with accounts periodically
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience in startup or manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of inventory/accounting integration
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
