Hiring criteria:

• Minimum 4 years at a digital marketing agency / creative studio in account management & client servicing
• Must be organised, efficient and enjoy agency operations
• An understanding of brand growth-related services is key (branding, technology projects, campaigns, social media marketing, ads and more)

Project & people management skills are the topmost criteria, along with agility to work in a fast-paced environment. Creative and/or strategic thinking skills + having experience working with freelancers are a bonus!

Job Description

Role title: Account Management Lead

Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

• Presentation and pitch decks
• Great people skills
• An eye for detail

Job Role:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of projects
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to plan timelines and keep the deliverables running on track
• Share strategic inputs and analysis with the teams
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling/cross-selling services
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and share regular updates with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Freelancer network management
• Support in new business strategies, pitches and presentations
• Support in marketing & brand management for Paper Plane Tales
