We’re looking for a Recruiter to oversee recruitment projects in the Netherlands while contributing to a more ethical and impactful way of recruiting.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects: from client brief to offer negotiation.
- Source top talent using Boolean and advanced search strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and industry developments.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role (consultancy/ agency/ recruitment firm/ executive search or in-house).
- Track record of managing multiple searches and working with KPIs.
- Experience handling client relationships or managing accounts directly.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
- CRM experience (Avature is a plus, not required).
- Confident on the phone and making cold calls.
- Native Dutch speaker + fluent English.
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative.
