Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who has a strong background in accounting and finance. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for helping process the daily financial operations of the company. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $115,000 per year. Location - onsite in Napa Valley Job Description: Month End Close, Daily Operational Accounting support including high focus on billing, collections and management of receivables. Manage the accounting team, including hiring and training staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and conducting performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards. Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against projections. Maintain positive relationships with internal external stakeholders, including vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
