The Role We are looking for an Ad Sales Manager who understands how performance advertising is bought and sold — someone from an affiliate network, digital agency, or ad tech background who can walk into a room and speak the language of CPL, CPI, CPA, and media buying fluently.
What You'll Own
- Identify and onboard new advertisers and brand clients for our performance marketing services
- Sell CPL, CPQL, and affiliate-based campaign packages to brands and agencies
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, affiliate networks, and direct brand clients
- Collaborate with delivery team to ensure smooth campaign onboarding
- Maintain an active pipeline of 20+ prospects at any time
- Represent Promotion Bazaar at industry events and affiliate summits
You Must Have at Least One of These Backgrounds
Affiliate IndustryAgency BackgroundWorked at an affiliate network or CPA/CPI platform — as a publisher manager, advertiser manager, or BD role. You understand tracking, payouts, and network at a digital or performance agency in a sales or client servicing role. You know how agencies buy media, brief campaigns, and report on performance.
Must Have
- 2–6 years in ad sales, affiliate sales, or agency business development
- Strong understanding of performance pricing models — CPL, CPI, CPA, CPM, CPS, RevShare
- Has independently managed and closed advertiser or agency accounts
- Existing relationships with brand marketing heads, media agencies, or affiliate managers is a strong plus
- Comfortable selling on commission — motivated by deal closures
- Based in Delhi / NCR
