About the Role
As an Assistant Sales Manager at Acolyte Living, you will take ownership of the student acquisition journey for yourself and your team, from first contact to confirmed booking. You will work closely with students navigating one of their most important decisions abroad, while also supporting the team in hitting targets, refining processes, and strengthening partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end student consultations, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation
- Understand each student's university, location, budget, and preferences to recommend the most suitable accommodation options
- Drive lead conversion through structured follow-ups and consultative selling
- Coordinate with property partners and internal teams to ensure availability and seamless confirmations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all active leads
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and student engagement processes
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior team members or interns as the team scales
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a student advisory role
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM tools and structured lead management
- Prior background in overseas education, student housing, or EdTech is a strong advantage
Work Hours
This role requires flexibility to work in alignment with UK business hours.
