About Our Client: A fast-growing AI LegalTech company in India is expanding at an exponential pace and is seeking a hard-core Sales Professional to join its high-impact Sales War Room on Sarjapur Road. This is a high-velocity hunter role for someone who thrives on closing enterprise deals and is driven by strong incentives and accelerated career growth as the company scales toward a ₹100 Cr milestone. The role offers in-house generated qualified leads, a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), and access to cutting-edge Agentic AI sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, and Runo—allowing you to focus entirely on closing, not prospecting.

About the role: We are looking for a high-performing Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Account Executive) to drive enterprise revenue in a fast-scaling AI LegalTech environment. This is a hunter-led B2B SaaS sales role focused on closing high-value deals with legal and compliance decision-makers. You will operate from a high-energy Sales War Room, supported by strong in-house lead generation and modern AI-driven sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct consultative product demos for GCs, Legal Heads, and IP Leaders
  • Win accounts in competitive and vendor-displacement scenarios
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to maximize deal conversion
  • Use AI-driven sales tools to optimize research, outreach, and deal velocity

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in LegalTech or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle—from demos to negotiations and closures
  • Strong target orientation with the ability to perform in high-pressure, high-velocity environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable using modern sales automation and AI tools
  • Based in Bangalore with readiness for a hybrid work model (Sarjapur/HSR/Bellandur preferred)
