Job title: Attorney

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday - 2PM IST to 11PM IST

Friday - 4PM IST to 1 AM IST

Work Location: Onsite (Koramangala, Bangalore)

Requirements

• Law Graduate with 3-4 years experience

• Good understanding of commercial law; strong subject matter expertise; able to provide sound and practical legal advice on contractual issues.

• Excellent research, analytical skills; able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively.

• Written and oral communication skills.

• Problem solving and analytical skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word & Excel, ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft/Review/Redline/Negotiate contracts (e.g. Agreement, Work Order/Statement of work, and Amendments etc.) independently or along with other stakeholders.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize commercial proposals, etc.

• Creating the guideline documents in relation to contract management as a process (for e.g. SOPs, Playbooks, templates).

• Follow-up work, both internally and with counterparts to gather comments, information, review and ultimately complete agreements and prepare them for execution.

• Working closely with the business owners, responding to queries on the documentation, providing updates.

• Conduct due diligence investigations and gather relevant information.
