Job Title: Brand & Product Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Product Designer who can own the visual identity, product experience, and storytelling of our platform. This role blends branding, UX/UI design, and creative strategy, and is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping how a product looks, feels, and communicates—end to end.
You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering to translate ideas into clear, elegant, and scalable designs across product, marketing, and investor-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Identity
- Design and evolve the company logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency across web, mobile, marketing, and internal materials
- Define and maintain a strong visual and design language
Product Design (UX/UI)
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and experience
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate design implementation
Creative & Storytelling
- Create investor pitch decks, sales presentations (PPT), brochures, and marketing collateral
- Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals and narratives
- Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and overall creative direction
Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with founders to shape the product vision and brand strategy
- Gather feedback, iterate quickly, and balance creativity with business goals
- Own design projects end-to-end—from concept to delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product design, brand design, or visual design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, UX/UI, and presentation design
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience working with early-stage startups or SaaS products
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Experience designing for EdTech, B2B, or enterprise products
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS concepts)
