Job Description
Job Overview Under the general direction of the Supervisor, the Analyst II provides business analysis and support services to the Record Management Branch (RMB). The analyst serves as a highly‑skilled, independent consultant, maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consults with subject‑matter experts to meet statutory and case‑law mandates, analyzes program procedures, policies, and practices, and identifies, documents, and implements changes to program procedures and training materials. The analyst also supports continuous improvement processes within the branch from concept identification through project implementation. The AN II assists branch efforts to successfully meet mandates by performing analysis and documenting business needs, business requirements, and concepts. This is a 12‑month limited‑term position, but may be extended to a maximum of 24 months and/or may become a permanent position based upon operational needs.
