Job Description
Role: Business Analyst / Consultant / Techno-Functional Consultant in CRM Domain
Tools & Technologies:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps
- Administrator Level Access on Dataverse
Skills & Knowledge:
- CRM Expertise:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Understanding of basic CRM Sales modules, best practices, and functionality
- Dynamics 365, PowerApps & Power Platform:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced features such as Power BI for analytics
- Customization and configuration: creating and editing views, fields, charts, entities, dashboards, workflows, processes, security roles, and reports
- Continuous system improvement: keeping the system up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities
- Solution-Oriented Mindset:
- Ability to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives
- Analytical prowess to troubleshoot and solve complex issues within Dynamics 365
Future Scope:
- Copilot
- Dynamics 365 Plugin for Outlook Integration
- GenAI Basics: Sales Navigator & Next Action Suggestions

- Build and manage solutions & feature flagging

Responsibilities:
- Manage requirement gathering process by meeting with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements
- Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high-level and low-level solution designs
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to contribute to the Product Vision
- Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories
- Support the Development Team daily by providing specifications or descriptions of the User Stories
- Manage the dependencies of the Product Backlog with other Products
