Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $60 - $67 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-visibility Data & BI initiatives in a modern Azure environment. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering and documenting business and data requirements, coordinating projects, and working closely with stakeholders and offshore teams. Join a dynamic team where your contributions will be pivotal in driving critical business insights!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and document business and data requirements
• Define KPIs and reporting needs with stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests
• Maintain and groom backlog using Azure DevOps
• Coordinate with offshore Data/BI teams for timely delivery
• Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 36 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with Data, Analytics, or BI projects
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
• Understanding of ETL/data modeling concepts
