Certified Surgical Technologist CVOR

Ascension, a leading faith-based healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist for our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. This role is crucial in supporting surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting surgeons during operations. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in cardiovascular procedures, and committed to delivering the highest quality patient care in a highly technical and precise environment.

Prepare and maintain sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment for surgeries. Assist surgical teams in the operating room by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during cardiovascular procedures. Follow all hospital regulations and standards to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient operating environment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to provide superior patient care. Conduct inventory checks and ensure all necessary supplies are available and in working order. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest surgical technologies and procedures.
