Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Construction Health And Safety Officer to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Bowmanville, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, ensuring adherence to safety policies, organizing workplace training, analyzing potential hazards, and promoting a positive safety culture across all project sites. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety practices. Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance.

NCSO certification or equivalent safety qualifications is required. Demonstrated ability to identify workplace hazards and implement preventive measures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to train and engage with workers and management.

Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations is highly desirable. A diploma or degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
