Remote Health & Safety Specialist

Drive safety excellence as a Remote Health & Safety Specialist. Leverage your expertise in compliance and risk management to support FIFO camps and logistics in challenging environments. This essential role focuses on conducting safety inspections, hazard assessments, and audits in remote settings like mining and aviation.

You'll create and review safety documentation, deliver training and orientations, and investigate incidents to mitigate risks effectively. You will play a critical part in enhancing the safety culture without direct management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site safety inspections at remote facilities • Develop safety documentation and ensure regulations compliance • Deliver tailored safety training and orientations • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions • Maintain and report on safety metrics and KPIs Requirements: • CRSP or equivalent certification with 5+ years of experience • Knowledge of OHS regulations in BC and Alberta • Valid driver’s license and OFA3/Advanced First Aid • Proficiency in safety software and reporting • Mining or construction experience preferred Utilize your safety expertise to enhance compliance and risk mitigation in remote operations while promoting a culture of safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
