Your role will involve creating high-quality, on-brand videography content that showcases our products and enhances customer experience, fostering brand loyalty and driving sales.

The Opportunity

Location: Perth HQ

Full-time: 38 Hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Create & Edit High-Quality Visual Content: Develop captivating videos and product shots that highlight our products in authentic and exciting ways for various uses, including product demonstrations and brand storytelling.
• Video Production: Lead the creation of short-form and long-form videos that showcase our products and tell the Sea to Summit story, engaging our audience and strengthening their connection with the brand.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team: Ensure your content aligns with brand objectives, enhances product messaging, and increases engagement across platforms.
• Innovation in Content Creation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to push the boundaries of visual storytelling and keep our content exciting and relevant.

Qualifications

Key Qualities and Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing videography skills and product photography (bonus)
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including DaVinci Resolve Studio, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
• Experience with social media content strategy, trends, and execution across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels
• Strong skills in video production and editing, including shooting, lighting, audio recording, and post-production (colour grading, audio mastering)
• Basic graphic design skills
• An eye for detail and a love for studio work to craft exceptional visual assets
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys brainstorming
• A proactive self-starter capable of owning projects and delivering high-quality work on time
