Copywriter

About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Creative Copywriter who can craft high-impact, conversion-focused communication across CRM, in-app, and e-commerce channels. This role is focused on driving engagement, retention, and revenue through personalized, data-backed messaging.

Key Responsibilities

* Own CRM & lifecycle communication (WhatsApp, SMS, Push, Email, In-app, Landing Pages)

* Build onboarding, retention, and reactivation journeys

* Write high-converting subject lines, CTAs, banners, and upgrade prompts

* Create benefit-driven product descriptions & e-commerce content (including Amazon A+ & landing pages)

* Collaborate on A/B testing and optimize copy based on performance metrics

* Support paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and short-form scripts

* Maintain consistent brand voice across channels

Requirements

* 3–6 years of copywriting experience (E-commerce/App/Agency preferred)

* Strong portfolio in CRM, lifecycle campaigns & product storytelling

* Deep understanding of conversion psychology & performance metrics

* Experience with segmentation, personalization & A/B testing

* Passion for health, fitness & behavioral change
