Bookberry Club — Where readers belong.
We’re building a home for readers who want to rediscover the joy of reading away from digital distractions. Bookberry Club is a community-driven platform where people discover meaningful books, build sustainable reading habits, and connect with like-minded readers.
We’re also leading the Slowing Down Movement — a quiet rebellion against doomscrolling and noise.
The Role
As a Visual & Creative Designer, you’ll shape how Bookberry Club looks and feels across all digital touchpoints — social media, reels, ads, emails, and landing pages.
You’ll own execution, contribute ideas, and work closely with the founders on creative direction. Our primary audience is Gen Z and young readers, so cultural awareness really matters.
What you'll do
Social Media & Content Design (35%)
- Design posts, reels, stories, and carousels
- Create visuals for short-form video (covers, overlays, basic motion)
- Adapt Gen Z trends to the Bookberry brand
- Come up with content ideas to drive engagement & follower growth
Marketing & Performance Creatives (35%)
- Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, etc.
- Experiment with formats, layouts, and hooks
- Optimize creatives based on performance
Email & Web Design (20%)
- Design email creatives (newsletters, campaigns)
- Create landing page designs (desktop & mobile)
- Maintain brand consistency
Brand & Creative Support (10%)
- Help evolve Bookberry’s visual identity
- Organize assets & templates
- Support launches and campaigns

- Ad performance and cost efficiency
- Email CTR & engagement
- Turnaround time & reliability
- Collaboration, ownership, and openness to feedback
Who is this for?
Must-Haves
- Strong design fundamentals & creativity
- Good understanding of Gen Z culture
- Comfort with digital design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, etc.)
- Comfort designing for reels / short-form video (motion is a plus, not mandatory)
- Willingness to experiment and learn
- Freshers encouraged to apply
Good-to-Haves
- Motion graphics or basic video editing
- Interest in branding, marketing, or community-led products
- A love for reading is a bonus (not mandatory)
Compensation & Perks
- ₹2.4 – 3.0 LPA (₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month)
