Position: Creatives / Senior Art Director

Location: Head Office – Kolkata

Experience: 10+ Years (FMCG/Agency preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for print, digital, packaging, POSM, and brand campaigns.
Lead and manage end-to-end design for product launches, campaigns, brochures, annual reports, and retail store branding.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to maintain visual consistency and brand identity.
Develop social media creatives, website UI elements, and digital campaign assets.
Direct and coordinate photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle campaigns.
Lead creative strategy for new product development and tea branding stories.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Familiarity with emerging AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT.
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, print production, and visual storytelling.
Experience in FMCG, retail, and lifestyle brand creatives is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Commercial Art/Graphic Design/Visual Communication.
Additional certifications in multimedia, digital design, or related fields are preferred.
