Creative Designer (meta Ads | Fashion + Ecom)

📍 Onsite — Dwarka, Delhi | 🕒 Immediate Joiner | 🗓️ 5 Days/Week

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Psycho Scaling is looking for a Creative Designer who can build click-worthy Meta ad creatives for fashion + e-commerce brands. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling and you can execute fast, this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Design high-performing Meta ad creatives (static + basic motion)
• Turn product + offer insights into scroll-stopping visuals
• Bring strong creative inputs in daily discussions (we want thinkers, not just executors)
• Work with AI tools to speed up ideation and production (prompting matters here)
• Basic video editing: arranging clips, adding text overlays, simple cuts, formatting for Reels/Stories
  

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience as a designer (preferably performance creative / ecom)
• Strong design taste + understands fashion aesthetics
• You get ecom psychology: hooks, offers, urgency, layouts that convert
• Comfortable with AI tools + prompt engineering
• Basic video editing is a must (CapCut / Premiere / After Effects basics — any is fine)
• Knows how to work fast without killing quality
  

Bonus (not mandatory, but crazy valuable)

• Experience working with D2C brands / ad agencies
• Understanding of UGC-style layouts, meme culture, trend formatting, etc.

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on skill + speed)
