Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer who is passionate about working with large-scale data systems and driving end-to-end data solutions. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines and models to support analytics and business intelligence.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and integration processes (ETL/ELT). Acquire, ingest, and process data from multiple sources into cloud-based environments.

Create and optimize database models and stored procedures, particularly in Snowflake . Implement and maintain DBT, AWS, Fivetran, Glue, and HVR pipelines. Ensure data quality and performance through automated testing and tuning.

Collaborate with analytics teams to prepare data for use in Power BI and other visualization tools. Lead and mentor offshore team members, ensuring alignment and quality delivery. Develop documentation and follow best practices for secure data management.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing . Strong expertise with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure DW, or Redshift). Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or Java .

Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, EventBridge, SNS, etc.). Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and CDC processes. Familiarity with DBT and modern data stack tools.

Experience integrating data from ERP systems such as Oracle EBS is a plus. Strong data modeling and performance tuning skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead offshore teams.

Nice to Have Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Informatica . Exposure to domains like Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or Manufacturing . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
