Job Responsibilities: • Uplift strategic Fixed Income Cash & FX systems to enable the capture of data flows in the firmwide data catalog. • Annotate system code to define, and document data sets, that represent the risk data that is processed and stored within our systems. • Modify build systems to automatically publish those data sets and any updates or changes to them in an accurate and timely fashion. • Work with upstream and downstream system subject matter experts to develop and comprehensively document the lineage of data as it flows through the firm’s Fixed Income systems.

Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar. • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting large production systems. • Fixed Income domain knowledge. • An aptitude for understanding complex data models and schemas. • Ability to quickly familiarize with large codebases, in a variety of languages, to trace data flows and transformations. • Proficiency and development experience using Perl, Java & SQL. • Familiarity with C++ is a bonus. • Work experience and proficient knowledge with: Linux, Autosys, Shell scripts, Json, Yaml, Build pipeline systems. • Knowledge of Java Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate • Knowledge of messaging/streaming systems will be an added advantage. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Critical thinker and good problem-solver #J-18808-Ljbffr
