Job Description
Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure excellent client support. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in an effective manner. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth service delivery. Prepare reports and share insights with management.
Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage pressure situations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
