Data scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented data scientist with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business goals and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement advanced data models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve business problems.

Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Build and deploy predictive models and maintain model performance over time. Visualize data insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Communicate complex data-driven findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and analytics. Contribute to improving internal data science frameworks and best practices. Ensure data privacy and compliance with data governance policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related domain. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R. Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.

Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
