Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Scientist to help our clients turn data into actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in translating data into reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while being actively involved in business intelligence projects and supporting future AI innovations.

Responsibilities Work closely with clients to create insightful reports and dashboards based on stored data. Translate client needs into database queries, visualizations, and reporting tools.
Provide business intelligence analysis to address company-wide challenges and facilitate decision-making. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Utilize tools like Tableau and database technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch) to analyze and present data effectively.
Develop views, queries, and data models to support client and internal reporting. Assist in documenting and standardizing KPIs across various markets. Stay engaged in analyzing and interpreting regulatory obligation documents.
Support customer training by preparing detailed and effective documentation. Requirements Proficiency in SQL and query languages like KQL for data management. Familiarity with business intelligence tools, especially Tableau.
Strong knowledge of database systems, including relational (Postgres) and non-relational (Elasticsearch). Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs. Assets Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications. Basic project management skills or experience coordinating BI-related tasks.
