Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Design Manager to lead and oversee the design process for assigned projects. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of design, including contract and schedule management, design reviews, constructability reviews, and assessing the impacts of design changes. The Design Manager will coordinate and run meetings with designers to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project lifecycle. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related activities, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as this position requires balancing multiple priorities and driving collaboration across teams.
