As a Digital Content Producer at Capital Holding Group, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through photography and videography - capturing the people, projects, and places that define who we are. Your primary focus will be capturing real-time moments across our locations and transforming them into impactful content for internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content that supports branding, marketing, internal communication, recruiting, and social media strategies.
- Plan and execute projects in various environments — including job sites, offices, and live events — often requiring field travel.
- Edit videos for a range of uses including social media, internal training, recruiting, and event recaps.
- Organize and manage a growing library of visual assets for use across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content needs and deliver visual assets that align with company goals and branding.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles is preferred but not required — there are opportunities to collaborate or grow in this area.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in operating professional equipment, audio gear, and lighting setups.
- Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong photo editing experience using Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and how to tailor content for different platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, internal newsletters).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in industrial and field environments, often independently.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is a plus, but not required.
- FAA drone license (not required, but valuable).

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, videography, and photography, preferably in a commercial, industrial, or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and optionally After Effects.
