We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end project marketing.

Role Overview:

Drive go-to-market strategy, digital lead generation, and brand positioning to accelerate site visits, bookings, and inventory absorption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute 360° real estate campaigns
• Manage Meta, Google & YouTube performance marketing
• Optimize CPL, budgets & ROI
• Coordinate with sales, CRM & channel partners
• Conduct competitor & micro-market analysis
• Track performance through dashboards & reporting

• Proven Chennai real estate marketing experience
• Strong digital performance expertise
• Budget management & analytics capability
• CRM & lead funnel understanding
