We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire digital marketing division.

This is a leadership role for someone with a strong grip on performance marketing, social media management, and Shopify website operations — someone who can work closely with management to shape brand strategy and drive execution through a cross-functional digital team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing and executing performance-driven digital strategies

• Scaling paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms

• Managing and optimizing Shopify website performance and conversion funnels

• Overseeing organic and paid social media strategy

• Leading the digital team (content, design, and video) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution

• Monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growth

• Staying ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proven ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably

• Technical expertise in Shopify website management

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

• Experience leading and mentoring a digital/creative team

• Ability to align digital execution with overall brand strategy

• Experience with local marketing campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.
