Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for The Language Skool. This role requires a seasoned professional who can strategize, execute, analyze, and manage a team, while driving brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional digital team
- Coordinate with Business Managers (BMs) and leadership for campaign planning and performance reviews
- Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI
Paid Marketing & Performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Other relevant platforms
- Monitor budgets, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Manage and guide the LinkedIn Manager for brand positioning and lead generation
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies
Website & Digital Assets
- Oversee website management, updates, landing pages, and CRO
- Coordinate with developers/designers for website performance and SEO best practices
Content, Podcast & Influencer Marketing
- Manage podcast planning, publishing, promotions, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Work closely with Video Editors and Graphic Designers for high-quality content output
Team Management
- Manage and coordinate:
- LinkedIn Manager
- Influencer Marketing Team
- Video Editors
- Graphic Designers
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and brand consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (EdTech experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing and scaling digital marketing teams
- Strong expertise in paid ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience in website handling, content marketing, podcasts, and influencer campaigns
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
