Job Title: Digital Transformation & Modernization Location: Mumbai Reporting To: CIO Role Purpose: To lead enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives across core platforms including iTopaz, iTariff, Intellihub, and enterprise integrations. The role will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure business continuity, and enable scalable, future-ready architecture while maximizing user adoption and business value. Key Responsibilities 1.

Product Delivery & Modernization Drive end-to-end modernization of iTopaz (Frontend, Backend, Database migration) ensuring milestone adherence and quality delivery. Lead PostgreSQL transition initiatives, including successful conversion of Crystal Reports frameworks. Oversee iTariff modernization, ensuring alignment with business and digital strategy.

Provide assistance for the Intellihub and run reviews Appetite for taking on the Internal stakeholders’ need (ECU 360, CRM Sales etc.) Ensure guidance for the EDI and integration priorities with minimal impact on business operations and go-live stability. 2. Execution Excellence Credibility to understand and manage large-scale transformation programs covering: 67+ internal applications modernization 300+ EDI / integrations upgrade to PostgreSQL Ensure seamless integration of Topaz across D365 F&O, CRM, Data Lake, and MDM ecosystems. Drive structured program governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Ensure continuity of Topaz CR support and change management for 300+ offices and ~15,000 users globally. 3. User Experience & Adoption Deliver enhanced user experience with a target of >90% positive user feedback on usability and performance. Ensure minimal productivity disruption ( Enable seamless migration of 100+ critical applications without business disruption.

Drive adoption of Intellihub, ensuring measurable business usage and engagement. 4. Business Value Creation Translate transformation initiatives into tangible business outcomes including efficiency gains, cost optimization, and improved decision-making. Track and deliver measurable KPIs tied to productivity, system performance, and ROI. 5.

Innovation & Future Readiness Build a future-ready digital architecture leveraging modern technologies, scalable platforms, and data-driven capabilities. Drive innovation through POCs, automation, and intelligent platforms (Intellihub). Establish best practices for modernization, integration, and platform scalability across the enterprise.

Key Success Metrics (KPIs) % completion of iTopaz modernization milestones (Frontend, Backend, DB). On-time delivery of EDI / integrations with minimal go-live disruption. Successful rollout of PostgreSQL-based reporting framework. 90% user satisfaction and Modernization of 67+ applications and 300+ integrations.

Adoption and business impact of Intellihub. Stability and support effectiveness across global user base (15K+ users). Candidate Profile 12–18 years of experience in digital transformation / enterprise technology / large-scale program management.

Proven track record of leading complex modernization programs involving ERP, integrations, and data platforms. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or global enterprise environments preferred. Strong expertise in application modernization, database migration (PostgreSQL), and system integrations.

Experience with D365 F&O, CRM, Data Platforms, and enterprise integration frameworks. Ability to drive large-scale change management and global stakeholder alignment. Strong business acumen with focus on value creation and user adoption.
