Director of Operations

Agape Care Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and enhance operational activities across our hospice and palliative care services. This role demands a leader dedicated to our mission of delivering personalized, dignified care, optimizing processes to meet patient and family needs effectively, and fostering a culture of compassion within the workplace. The Director will be pivotal in strategizing operational improvements, managing budgets efficiently, and leading our team towards exceeding healthcare standards while maintaining a patient-centered approach in all aspects of service delivery.

Develop and implement strategic operational policies and procedures. Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations and standards of care. Manage budgeting and resource allocation efficiently to maximize quality and cost-effectiveness.

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to enhance performance and achieve quality deliverables. Optimize patient intake and care processes to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with other executive team members to align operations with overall organizational goals.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast needs, and ensure resource availability.
