Job Title: Engineering and Non- IT Recruiter

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including:
• Data Center Technicians
• Field Technicians
• Safety/Construction Managers (OSHA-related roles)
• Legal Assistants and Paralegals
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Screen resumes
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical (non-IT) and legal roles
• Familiarity with job portals like Monster, LinkedIn
• Good understanding of construction, safety (OSHA), and legal roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
