Engineering Manager

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of overall software engineering experience , including leading engineering teams
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PostgreSQL
• Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization and handling large datasets
• Proven experience managing and delivering Python-based products or platforms
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (experience on GCP is a strong plus )
• Deep knowledge of Observability and Application Performance Management, including:
• Metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
• Root cause analysis and performance tuning
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly present technical concepts to business and leadership audiences
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to quality, reliability, and customer impact
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric SaaS environment
