We’re Hiring: Senior Account Executive (ANZ & APAC) :
At Testsigma, we’re redefining test automation with an Agentic AI & GenAI-first platform. Backed by Accel, MassMutual & Strive, we enable QA teams to automate testing at speed and scale,without coding.
With a growing global customer base (including Cisco, Samsung, Bosch, Honeywell & DHL), we’re expanding our presence across ANZ & APAC markets
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who can drive new business and close high-value deals ($50K+ ACV). You’ll own your pipeline end-to-end working on inbound leads, BDR-generated opportunities, and outbound prospecting.
What you’ll do:
• Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline across ANZ & APAC
• Run product demos, drive POCs, and lead end-to-end sales cycles
• Apply a value-based selling approach to move deals efficiently
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and internal teams to win complex deals
• Engage with technical stakeholders (QA, DevOps, Engineering)
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (hunter mindset)
• Proven experience selling into ANZ/APAC regions
• Strong track record of closing $50K+ ACV deals
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and stakeholder mapping
• Comfortable working 5 AM – 2 PM IST (ANZ/APAC aligned shift)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• QA/DevOps domain knowledge is a plus
