Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant based in Bengaluru to support our leadership team effectively. The Executive Assistant will handle administrative tasks, manage executive schedules, prepare expense reports, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain effective communication within and outside the organization.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time management skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Qualifications Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience in hospitality or a related industry is an advantage
