Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant Job Location: Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. Office Timings: 9 to 6 ( Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support: Manage and maintain the VP's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with utmost discretion.

Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions. Serve as a liaison between the VP's and internal/external stakeholders. Communication & Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the VP.

Draft, review, and proofread emails, memos, and reports. Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership teams. Strategic & Business Support: Conduct research and provide key insights to assist in decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, board presentations, and other strategic documents. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Event & Travel Management: Plan and coordinate business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, and itinerary management.

Organise corporate events, conferences, and leadership meetings. Office & Task Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Letter Drafting & Email Writing), strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action. Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate governance and board-related activities.
