About 3eings (pronounced “beings”)

3eings is an upcoming streetwear studio built on the idea that human identity is never static.

People break, heal, harden, soften, and our collections move the same way.

Each drop explores a new emotional state, visual language, and construction philosophy. We work with strong narratives, evolving silhouettes, graphics, textures, and mood-driven design.

As a pre-launch brand, we are assembling our core creative team, a small, focused group that will work closely on upcoming collections leading up to launch.

Role Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of design and execution.

You will work closely with the Founder and core creative team to convert concepts into production-ready garments, with a strong focus on tech packs, pattern development, and construction logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, production-ready tech packs

• Create and refine patterns for final selected designs (physical and/or digital)

• Translate design concepts into manufacturable garments

• Assist during fittings, measurements, and sample corrections

• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors under guidance

• Support silhouette development and construction decisions

• Contribute to refining designs for launch collections

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students or fresh graduates with strong technical foundations

• Solid understanding of garment construction and pattern making

• Basic to intermediate experience with tech packs and measurement systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CAD, and CLO 3D (mandatory)

• Strong interest in streetwear, construction-led design, and production

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
